An Egg Noodle Factory Ipoh

I was in Ipoh recently and I dropped by at an egg “Wanton” Noodle factory called Lucky Best Food Trading. It is awesome to see such a cottage industry, truly an eye opener. Ingredients are truly basic egg and flour. The is another egg noodle making technique called bamboo pressing which I will be visiting soon.
